time in October as World Space Week "To celebrate each year

The 16th Australian Space Research Conference (ASRC) will be held this year in Melbourne at the City Campus of the RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) University. Jointly sponsored by the National Committee for Space and Radio Science and the National Space Society of Australia, and with support from the Australian Space Research Institute and the Mars Society of Australia, it will cover the areas of space science, space engineering, space industry, government space and space education and outreach. It will be repeated at the Orpheum Theatre in Sydney on May 30, the Astor Theatre in Melbourne on May 31 and the Canberra Theatre Centre in the ACT on June 2.
